Shipping And Handling 1 blindsinaminute.com will deliver Your Goods to the address You have provided on the order form for delivery on the date that You have specified on the order form and in any event within 7 days of the day after Your order was placed unless a later date is agreed with You.
All products are shipped via Postal Service. We currently do not offer overnight shipping. You may choose between the two available services depending on your requirements. Orders are shipped on standard business days and usually within 4-5 business days of the date the order was placed – depending on current order volume.

Delivery Schedule Our delivery service is free for all ordres above 50 Euros.
All orders placed before 12.00 noon will generally be delivered 4-5 working days later so if you order your blinds at 10.00am on Tuesday you will normally receive them no later than Tuesday the following week and so on. Remember that our carriers will require a signature so if you're not likely to be there then you might consider having the order sent to an alternative address such as a neighbor or your place of work. It is important to note that delivery times are not guaranteed - although over 99% of orders are delivered on schedule.

Returns Policy To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be new and in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, warranties, manuals, etc. To begin a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service department at info@nowmad.com and request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The customer is responsible for all charges related to return shipments. Please allow 5-10 business days to process returns and exchanges upon receipt. All returns and exchanges must be inspected by our quality control division before a credit can be issued. If the merchandise does not pass inspection, the merchandise will be shipped back to the customer without issuance of a credit, and the customer will incur all shipping costs. If merchandise does pass inspection, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise, less the original shipping cost, and less a 15% restocking fee per item. Credits will only be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
